TERMS & CONDITIONSWe reserve the right to cancel and invalidate any orders and purchases. No purchase or sale shall be considered final until a Sales Order or Purchase Order is issued by BSC Global Inc. Any outstanding invoices will accumulate in interest at 40% annually, compounded monthly. There is a 10-day policy for all outstanding pre-booking orders to be paid in full from the requested dates. Deposits transferred may be forfeited if failure to pay in time.
All Sales Final. No refunds/exchanges. Warranties if any are provided by manufacturer only. If delays arise as a result of courier, customs, weather and all other circumstances, BSC cannot be held liable. Once goods are sold with invoice provided there shall be no price bargains. Any item received not as described will be eligible for exchange only if notified within 10 days of ship date. Buyer required to cover return shipping. Shipment will only be released once full payment has been credited into our account, not before. By paying and/or requesting shipment for your order you acknowledge and accept these terms. Any and all products furnished by BSC may be subject to U.S. and Canadian export and sanctions, laws, regulations and related restriction. Therefore, by purchasing products from BSC, you are agreeing to abide by all relevant Canadian and U.S. export and sanctions laws and regulations regarding the usage, and distribution/export of said products. You are agreeing that they will be used in compliance with all applicable laws and will not be re-exported or distributed or otherwise make available the products purchased from BSC to any countries not permitted to as per governing laws and regulations.
BSC GLOBAL WARRANTY AND RMA POLICYPlease inspect all products immediately upon receipt at BSC GLOBAL INC’s warehouse, customer’s warehouse or freight carrier’s receiving warehouse (as the case may be). Ownership of the product transfers to the customer upon the customer or freight carrier taking possession of the order, whether this occurs at BSC GLOBAL INC’s warehouse (if order is picked-up) or at customer’s or freight carrier’s receiving warehouse (if BSC GLOBAL INC delivers the order). Therefore, responsibility for damage occurring in-transit (other that when BSC GLOBAL INC delivers the order) is solely the customer’s. A signature on the Bill of Lading (BOL) upon receipt of the products confirms that the products are received in good condition unless exception is made on the BOL and BSC GLOBAL INC is notified immediately. Please note, however, that refurbished products may have cosmetic blemishes but are not returnable because of such blemishes.
DO NOT ATTEMPT TO RETURN ANY PRODUCT(S) PRIOR TO REQUEST AND RECEIPT OF AN RMA NUMBER FROM BSC GLOBAL INC’S RMA DEPARTMENT. Please contact BSC GLOBAL INC’s RMA Department for further details. All products (whether brand new, factory refurbished and/or third party refurbished) are sold “as is”, with no warranty other than the limited manufacturer s warranty if applicable to each product (unless otherwise specified in the applicable sales order). BSC GLOBAL INC disclaims all other warranties, to the fullest extent permitted by law, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, any warranty arising from course of performance, course of dealing or usage of trade, and any statutory warranties of non-infringement. Returns relating to a manufacturer s warranty may be subject to specific terms and conditions of the applicable manufacturer’s warranty and the applicable manufacturer’s return policies for the returned product. Product warranty is void if product is physically damaged due to: user abuse and/or improper handling; attempt to repair, add or rework the product, or modify and/or deface the original manufacturer s warranty seal, serial number and/or labels. Product warranty is also void if the serial number is missing from product at the time of return.
BSC GLOBAL INC offers no refunds or price protection. By returning any product to BSC GLOBAL INC, you represent and warrant that the returned product was purchased from BSC GLOBAL INC, is not counterfeit or otherwise non-conforming, and does not violate BSC GLOBAL INC’s Warranty and RMA Policy. You also agree that BSC GLOBAL INC may test any returned product to determine whether such product is counterfeit, non-conforming, or otherwise violates BSC GLOBAL INC’s Warranty and RMA Policy. In the event BSC GLOBAL INC determines, in its sole discretion, that any returned product is counterfeit, non-conforming, or otherwise violates BSC GLOBAL INC’s Warranty and RMA Policy, BSC GLOBAL INC may (i) report such problem to any applicable governmental or regulatory agency or any other applicable third party; (ii) quarantine such product for further testing or other analysis; and/or (iii) take such other actions as may be required or permitted under applicable law.

You also have the ability to download and print any signed or unsigned documents sent to you through the electronic signature service. We may also email you a copy of all documents you sign using the electronic signature service. If you wish to receive paper copies instead of electronic documents you may close this web browser and request paper copies from the “sending party” by following the procedures outlined below. The “sending party” may apply a charge for additional expenses incurred by printing and mailing paper copies.
Withdrawal of Consent
You may withdraw your consent to receive electronic documents, notices or disclosures at any time. In order to withdraw consent you must notify the “sending party” that you wish to withdraw your consent to transact business electronically and to provide your future documents, notices, and disclosures in paper format. If at any time, after withdrawing your consent you choose to use our electronic signature system your use of this Service will, once again, evidence your consent to receive documents, notices, and disclosures, electronically. You may withdraw your consent to receive electronic notices and disclosures or execute an electronic signature by following the procedures described below.
Withdrawing your consent, requesting a paper copy, or updating your contact information
You always have the ability to download and print any documents sent to you through our electronic signature system. To withdraw your consent to conduct business electronically, sign documents electronically, and receive documents, notices, or disclosures electronically, please contact the “sending party” directly; by telephone, by email (sent to the “sending party” with any of the topics outlined below stated in the subject line of your email) or by postal mail to their mailing address specified to receive such notices.
“Withdrawal of Consent To Transact Business Electronically” To allow the “sending party” to identify and facilitate your withdrawal of consent to transact business electronically, please provide your name, email address, the date on which you are withdrawing your consent, your telephone number and mailing address.
“Requesting A Paper Copy” To allow the “sending party” to identify you to provide a paper copy of the document requiring your signature, the notice, or disclosure, please provide the sending party with your name, email address, mailing address, telephone number, and name of the document of which you are requesting a paper copy .
“Update Your Contact Information” To allow the “sending party” to identify you in order to update your contact information, please provide them with your name, email address, mailing address, and telephone number.
The “sending party” will inform you of any fees related to costs for printing and mailing paper copies or your withdrawal consent to transact business electronically.
