    By paying and/or requesting shipment for your order you acknowledge and accept the terms below:

    We reserve the right to cancel and invalidate any orders and purchases. No purchase or sale shall be considered final until a Sales Order or Purchase Order is issued by BSC Global Inc. Any outstanding invoices will accumulate in interest at 40% annually, compounded weekly. There is a 10-day policy for all outstanding pre-booking orders to be paid in full from the requested dates. Deposits transferred may be forfeited if failure to pay in time. All Sales Final. No refunds/exchanges. Warranties, if any, are provided by the manufacturer only. If delays arise as a result of courier, customs, weather and all other circumstances, BSC Global Inc. cannot be held liable. Once goods are sold with Pro Forma Invoice/Sales Order provided, there shall be no price bargains.

    Any item received not as described will be eligible for exchange only if notified within 2 working days of the receiving date. Return shipping is dependent on if the order was sold FOB or Delivered. Shipment will only be released once full payment has been credited into our account, not before. Any and all products furnished by BSC Global Inc. may be subject to U.S. and Canadian export and sanctions, laws, regulations and related restriction. Therefore, by purchasing products from BSC Global Inc., you are agreeing to abide by all relevant Canadian and U.S. export and sanctions laws and regulations regarding the usage, and distribution/export of said products. You are agreeing that they will be used in compliance with all applicable laws and will not be re-exported or distributed or otherwise make available the products purchased from BSC Global Inc. to any countries not permitted to as per governing laws and regulations.

    BSC GLOBAL WARRANTY AND RMA POLICY

    Please inspect all products immediately upon receipt at BSC GLOBAL INC’s warehouse, your warehouse or freight carrier’s receiving warehouse (as the case may be). Ownership of the product transfers to the customer upon the customer or freight carrier taking possession of the order, whether this occurs at BSC Global Inc’s warehouse (if order is picked up) or at customer’s or freight carrier’s receiving warehouse (if BSC Global Inc. delivers the order). Therefore, responsibility for damage occurring in-transit (other than when BSC Global Inc. delivers the order) is solely the customer’s. A signature on the Bill of Landing (BOL) upon receipt of the products confirms that the products are received in good condition unless an exception is made on the BOL and BSC Global Inc. is notified immediately. Please note, however, that refurbished products may have cosmetic blemishes but are not returnable because of such blemishes.

    DO NOT ATTEMPT TO RETURN ANY PRODUCT(S) PRIOR TO REQUEST AND RECEIPT OF AN RMA NUMBER FROM BSC GLOBAL INC’S RMA DEPARTMENT. Please contact BSC Global Inc’s RMA Department for further details. All products (whether brand new, factory refurbished and/or third party refurbished) are sold “as is”, with no warranty. Manufacturer’s warranty, if applicable or where eligible to each product, is provided from the manufacturer only. BSC Global Inc. disclaims all other warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, any warranty arising from course of performance, course of dealing or usage of trade, and any statutory warranties of non-infringement.

    In the event BSC Global Inc. determines, in its sole discretion, that any returned product is counterfeit, non-conforming, or otherwise violates BSC Global Inc’s Warranty and RMA Policy, BSC Global Inc. may (i) report such problem to any applicable governmental or regulatory agency or any other applicable third party; (ii) quarantine such product for further testing or other analysis; and/or (iii) take such other actions as may be required or permitted under applicable law.

    FOR SUPPLIERS

    By supplying an order to us or in our behalf, you acknowledge and accept the following terms:

    • You acknowledge and agree that the goods, software, and technology subject to this agreement are subject to the export control laws and regulations of the United States and Canada, including but not limited to the Export Administration Regulations (“EAR”), and sanctions regimes of the U.S. Department of Treasury, Office of Foreign Asset Controls.
    • Additionally, the undersigned Supplier (“Supplier”) hereby certifies and warrants that:
    • All products supplied to BSC Global Inc. have been lawfully obtained by the Supplier through legitimate channels, and the Supplier holds full legal title and rights to sell such products. The Supplier affirms that these goods are free of any liens, claims, or encumbrances.
    • The Supplier warrants that no goods supplied are counterfeit, stolen, or otherwise obtained through fraudulent or unlawful means.
    • The Supplier certifies that all goods provided comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws, including, but not limited to, the laws governing the sale and distribution of consumer electronics and brand-name products (such as Apple products).
    • The Supplier understands and acknowledges that BSC Global Inc. is committed to complying with KYC regulations on an as needed basis. The Supplier agrees to cooperate with any reasonable requests made by BSC Global Inc. to verify the legitimacy of the Supplier’s business and the origin of the goods.
    • The Supplier agrees to indemnify and hold harmless BSC Global Inc., its affiliates, and officers from any claims, losses, or legal actions arising from any breach of the warranties and certifications contained in this statement.

    By signing below, the Supplier confirms that the above statements are true and accurate to the best of their knowledge and agrees to be bound by the terms herein.
